Co-transport of chlordecone and sulfadiazine in the presence of functionalized multi-walled carbon nanotubes in soils

A non-simultaneous transport of MWCNTs and contaminants in soil was investigated. Both breakthrough curves and retention profiles were determined and simulated. Mobile MWCNTs facilitated chlodecone transport in soil. Retained MWCNTs enhanced sulfadiazine retention in soil. Hydrus 1D and C-Ride module modeled transport and co-transport.
