RNA from RHDV2 vaccines was not detected in liver 15 days post vaccination. Vaccinated domestic adults showed higher mean Cqs than non-vaccinated ones. In the young the vaccination impact on Cq increase was less evident than in adults. Vaccination programmes should consider the blocking effect of maternal antibodies.
