RBL-2H3 cell model were used to screen the anaphylactoid constituents. BN rat model was used to explore the anaphylactoid mechanism. Proteins, Tween-80 and tannic acid were the main anaphylactoid constituents. Almost monomer compositions cannot cause anaphylactoid reaction by themselves.
