Southeast Asia has one of the highest cervical cancer mortality rates worldwide. Mortality rates can be decreased through training care providers. Training providers in LMICs is challenging but feasible and sustainable. The portable colposcopy simulator enhances learning and skills acquisition. A program to train trainers is effective and sustainable in Southeast Asia.
