Meta-analysis of CYP1A1 MspI polymorphism and cancer susceptibility for Latinos Meta-analysis includes 11,677 Latino subjects (4783 cases & 6894 controls). Overall cancer risk is increased with the MspI polymorphism for Latinos. MspI polymorphism augments the risk for mainly for Leukemia.
