Sodium 1,1′-dinitramino-5,5′-bistetrazolate was first prepared. A rare 3D energetic metal-organic framework. High heat of formation (529.5 kJ·mol−1), heat of detonation (5080 kJ·kg−1) and good thermal stabilities. It may be a promising potential candidate of new green energetic materials.
