AOH + ATX II mainly mediate additive effects but also antagonism in high doses. AOH and ATX II affect the expression of miRNAs but with different activity pattern. AOH up-regulates miR-4654, miR-4715_3p, miR-6720_3p and miR-29a. ATX II down-regulates miR-5583_5p and miR-1323. MiR-192 and miR-224 are potentially involved in combinatory effects of AOH and ATX II.
