The high accuracy Sellmeier and thermo-optic dispersion formulas for CdGa2S4 are presented. The Sellmeier equations for CdGa2S4 presented here can reproduce well the phase-matching conditions in Hg1-xCdxGa2S4 for second-harmonic and sum-frequency generation coupled with the index formula for HgGa2S4 presented in our previous paper. The thermo-optic dispersion formula for CdGa2S4 presented here can also reproduce well the temperature phase-matching bandwidths (FWHM) and temperature tuning curves in Hg1-xCdxGa2S4 coupled with that for HgGa2S4 presented in our previous paper.
