Hyalinocytes and granulocytes were 15.14 ± 1.22% and 75.43 ± 2.31% in F. chinensis, respectively. The separated hyalinocytes or granulocytes by IMB were over 95% in purity. Hyalinocytes had N/C ratio of 0.60–0.85 and few cytoplasmic granules. Granulocytes had double membrane cytoplasmic granules in high electronic density.
