To investigate the possible ERP system critical success factors and analyzes their effects from the IT governance (ITG) and life-cycle span perspectives. To propose an approach to manage the possible CSFs of ERP with ITG during each phase of the system life-cycle. To facilitate the adoption of ITG and ERP life-cycle perspectives to manage CSFs, mitigate risks, and deliver system values within organizations.
