A novel combined system “CPC/pasteurizer” has been used. E. coli thermal and photocatalytic inactivation was studied. Chemical degradation by TiO2/CPC was evaluated. Processes kinetic modelling in CPC was estimated. TiO2 superficial reactions were found to be the limiting step.
