Survey of classification and synthetic strategies to achieve chiral assemblies with transition metal complexes. Vast majority of the complexes containing chiral ligands and their biological applications has been covered. Chiral molecules have attracted eminent attention due to their implication in pharmaceutical and industrial catalysts. The structural difference between enantiomers can be serious with respect to the actions of synthetic drugs.
