Chip-based molecularly imprinted monolithic capillary array columns coated GO/SiO2 for selective extraction and sensitive determination of rhodamine B in chili powder

A chip-based GO/SiO2 MISPE monolithic column array coupled with HPLC was established.

Rhodamine B existed in real sample which tested on chip-based array columns was enriched more than 110 times.

The GO/SiO2 MISPE columns showed good ability of impurities removal and excellent selectivity.

The prepared columns and chips can be reused for at least 30 times and extraction efficiency is almost the same.

The method was proposed to analyze rhodamine B and LOD achieved 0.40 ng g−1.
