METTL3 expression is negatively correlated with miR-33a. MiR-33a can directly target to the 3'UTR of METTL3 mRNA. MiR-33a inhibits NSCLC cells proliferation through decreasing METTL3. MiR-33a induces the down-regulation of EGFR through targeting METTL3.
