摘要

本文针对公众参与环境管理的现状进行分析,突出表现在公众参与程度不足,法律制度认知不足及组织体系尚未健全等方面,且针对环境管理的需求,提出公众参与环境管理的相关建议,以期能够不断提升环境管理的整体效果。
