On the basis of the new Chinese Geologic Time Scale of the Meso-and Neoproterozoic strata and new achievements in recent years, the Mesoproterozoic strata lithology, isotopic age, stromatolite and contacting relationship of Northeast China were studied. Lithostratigraphic units were verified. The strata of 1.2～1.0 Ga were absent. Heilongjiang Group in Heilongjiang Province was belonged to Neoproterozoic. Seluohe Group in Jilin Province was disassembly, and no longer belong to Mesoproterozoic. The Laoling Group corresponded to the Lower Series of Changcheng System. Baiyunebo Group and Shinagan Group in the eastern Inner Mongolia corresponded to the Jixian System.
