摘要
The Late Carboniferous—Early Permian strata are well developed and widespread in Shunchang,Fujian Province. Based on the ranges of fusulinids, the Late Carboniferous—Early Permian strata are divided into five zones in descending order: Staffella moellerana Zone, Eoparafusulina concise Zone, Sphaeroschwagerina sphaerica Zone, Pseudoschwagerina galatea Zone and Triticites shikhanensis compactus Zone. These zones were first discovered in Shunchang, Fujian Province, and can be correlated with the Late Carboniferous-Early Permian fusulinid zones of South China.
