By the investigation and analysis of the local topography, storm characteristics, drainage area, lithology, geological structure, hydrogeological conditions, the source of debris flow material, aimming at the debris flow with a high risk of traffic flow, slow flow characteristics, combined with the subject disaster area and the object and its overall layout of the distribution relationship, as well as in accordance with local conditions, highlighting the main principles set in rows, the comprehensive countermeasures such as retaining walls, drainage canal, dikes plus plate culverts are set up.
