摘要
Current situation and occurrence of water resources in the rock desertification control region in the Huajiang karst valley are described in this paper. In this region, precipitation is relatively abundant, but with a great difference in vertical and between wet and dry seasons the runoff is relatively rich, but with a great odds in space-time. Rivers passing through are with plenty of water resources, but with bad quality. Therefore, the total water resources are abundant, but with distinct space difference. The exploration and utilization conditions of water resources are appraised in detail, including resources quantity, economic benefit, techniques, etc. Current problems existing in water resources development are pointed out and corresponding countermeasures are also suggested.
