With the attention to the “Kyoto Protocol”, the study on soil carbon pool and its source or sink effect in the agroecosystem has been strengthened more and more by many countries. The research on soil organic carbon dynamic in the agroecosystem was focused on the carbon pool change and potential of sequester carbon, wet and semi-wet regions were chosen as the most study case. The research on soil inorganic carbon dynamic in the agroecosystem was focused on the impact of land management on formation of pedogenic carbonate; the technique of carbon stable isotope was selected as mainly researching method, while the research on soil inorganic carbon dynamic in arid oasis was fairly weak. Therefore, the soil carbon cycle research in arid oasis should be strengthened, and the effect of soil carbon source and sink and mechanism of soil inorganic carbon transform should be deeply discussed.
