     Field geological survey, petrology and geochemistry of the Dashantou mafic-ultramafic rocks show that the rock is mainly composed of gabbro, pyroxenite, olivine pyroxenite, olivine gabbro norite and other components,it has a multi-phase emplacement characteristics.Geochemical data show that the m/f=2.38-5.50, Mg#= 0.71-0.85,it belonging to iron ultramafic rock,it has the characteristics of the magmatic early cumulate.The LREE are relatively enriched with posi- tive Eu anomalies;the trace element distribution curve performance for LILE enrichment,the relative loss of Th,P, Ti,and high field strength elements （HFSE） Nb,Zr, Hf.The rock combination,petrological and geochemical characteristics of Dashantou mafic-ultramafic similar to Heishan and Guaishishan,they are in the same tectonic metallogenic belt.There are a better physical and geochemical anomalies in the copper-nickel mineralization mafic-ultramafic intrusions,comprehen- sive analysis that it has the potential to further search for copper-nickel magma deposits.
