摘要
In this paper, based on the fundamental principles of strontium isotope stratigraphy, analysis of rock fabric, chemical composition and representation of coeval seawater, 87Sr/86Sr ratios of six carbonate rock samples from the Lower Triassic Feihsienkuan-Chialingchiang Formation boundary strata in the eastern Sichuan were measured. The result is consistent with 87Sr/86Sr ratios of Lower Triassic seawater values which were published previously. Thus strontium isotope stratigraphy will provide a useful method for the chronostratigraphic research of Upper Yangtze Platform.
