摘要
This paper deals with developmental history, basic principle and influence factors of clay mineral geothermometers such as interstratified mineral illite/montmorillonite, illite crystallinity and chlorite chemical composition and reviews the present situation of the application of clay mineral geothermometer to the study of sedimentary basin thermal evolution and puts forward some suggestions.
